Can't login to my webhost via FTP, using both CuteFTP and Fl

Hello everyone, if you don't mind, I have a problem logging into my webhost, and need to know if it's my stupidity, or something else causing the problem. YOu can refer to this link, where I posted my problem at another forum.

it was their problem all along, here I thought it was me...D'OH!!!!
