hibenate not showing in Shutdown screen

hey guys
eventhought i've enabled the Hibenate option it is not showing up in the shutdown dailog box in xp pro. can any one tell why it is not showing?

Instead the of the Hybernate button, do you see a Stand By button?
Then press SHIFT, and you will see the Hybernate button.

If not, check if your monitor is detected

My monitor is detected as Synvmaster. i will try the "Shift " trick. will get back to you guys on this this weekend.
