Anyone heard of A keylogger called msibui.dll?

I was at my friends house installing a program that had to reboot the computer and when it restarted, pest patroll detected the following keylogger: msibui.dll

I searched google and norton antivirus encyclopedia but neither had anything on this. I want to know whether to mark it as safe or unsafe.

I think it has to do with an app that monitors the weather for you, in your task bar..
