#1 Is this possible to do raid with 1 Hdd with 2 partitions ?!

No! You cannot create a raid array with just one hard disk

You need to have at least 2 hard disks to do a raid 0 or raid 1 array.

You need to have at least 4 hard disks to do a raid 0+1 array.

Hello Alpine!

Remeber, when no friends are there to help you Google will always be your friend. I remember a year ago I needed to know more about RAIDS and found lot of pages.

Then, a tip, have a look in your motherboard (or RAID-card) manual. All the basic stuff will be there (probably).
