Windows Installer Problem

I have Windows Installer set to automatic in Services and its only dependencie, Remote Procedure Call (RPC) is set to automatic as well.

I don't know what the problem is.

Here is the error. And I could not find anything at microsoft.com to help me.

let me just confirm something. Is this the installer to update the MSI ?

by the looks of the gui i'd say you running windows 98? right?

Oh well just reinstalled the os again. Glad I had Longhorn on my other drive.
