i have a pioneer a04/104
its a 2x DVD-R
a 1x DVD-RW
8x CDR
4x CDRW

and reads; dvd,dvd-r,dvd-rw,dvd+rw,cd,cdr,cdrw


it was $270 on ebay a few months ago.

There is a sony - Sony DRU110A/C1 ... it does DVD+RW discs and standard CD-R/RW.
