I have an ATI All In Wonder 128 Pro 32Meg (4xAGP)video card, and using TV Output, my television shows flickers on the screen, especially when booting up and when running music visualizations in full screen mode. Does anyone else notice this? Could it be static or RF interference? Is there a filter or shield of some kind which might clean up the signal? I have tried connecting my TV using both the RCA plug and the S-VHS cable. I've also tried moving my sound card further down the tower and unplugging the cable in. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
