Your are a car thief, you are pushed for money, and you need to get them urgently by all means. Steal or jack vehicles, burgle houses, pick pockets or even play your stolen car in the street race, this all is up to you! And don't forget to watch the cops, they are your main trouble.
You lose the game when you are arrested for the third time or eventually killed. To win the game, you need to repay your debt and leave off your illegal business before this happens. The more cash you get, the more score you gain. This is a turn-based strategy.
