Are there any good Internet cleaners that will delete all files including that index.dat one and a few others that wont move, thanks...

Dave is an unknown quantity at this point
Might want to check out "Window Washer".
I been using it for a while and have been very happy with it. Also cleans a lot of stuff besides internet tracks.
