Microsoft: Windows 10 won't hit a billion devices by 2018, 'due to phone business'

Microsoft said in 2015 that Windows 10 would reach a billion devices in 2-3 years. It now says that, "due to the focusing of our phone business", it will take longer than expected to reach that goal. Read more...
