Microsoft Finally Delivers XP SP3 Update Fix

Three weeks after Symantec offered a tool (http://technologyexpert.blogspot.com...vista-sp1.html) to repair the registry corruption caused after upgrading to Windows XP SP3 with certain features of its security tools enabled, Microsoft has delivered its own fix.
