Over the years, Neowin has been in a position to give away some pretty neat software titles, usually in October when it's our birthday but nothing compares to what we are able to offer our members this month.
The good people at Buzzcorps and HP have made really topped the bill with this give-away.
31 sites will be giving away a

Each site will have their own unique competition and ideas about giving it away, we at Neowin are finalizing our competition details and we'll have more on that this week.
