With T-Mobile winning (http://technologyexpert.blogspot.com...-up-again.html) a court decision in Germany, only France is selling legally unlocked iPhones. French carrier Orange is selling the unlocked iPhone for 749 euros or slightly more than $1,100, while the locked version with a two-year contact goes for 399 euros or slightly less than $590.
