Ok. so a new proggy came out apparently that picks up TV frequencies. it works with a normal TV-tuner card, but the thing is, this software pics up frequencies that need a decoder to decode them.
the problem is this :

I CAN'T FIND THE PROGGY

so if anyone can help with this please. i'm not sure if this has to go into this section, but i know alot of people come in here to check....thanx

nexTView
EPG Decoder Software
In this software package you find a decoder for nexTView - an Electronic TV Programme Guide for the analog domain (as opposed to the various digital EPGs that come with most digital broadcasts). It enables you to receive and browse free TV programme listings for all of the major networks in Germany, Austria, France and Switzerland.

Is there anything like this for the USA? A program where I can get the tv listings via my computer's tv tuner? Also, it does not have an internet connection...
