From just about every angle possible, all the major DDR3 memory producers are throwing out some extreme frequency kits all vying for the performance crown. The honest truth about that crown is that it's often short worn and changes heads more often than Britney Spear change's her extensions. However, this doesn't rob that title or it's prestige by any means. As a matter of fact, this kind of competition continually raises the bar urging the development of better and better memory kits. And as long as this keeps going, you'll keep getting those coveted modules everyone talks about.
