NBC Universal is not going to renew its contract to sell television shows on iTunes after failing to come to an agreement on pricing, according to reports.
NBC Universal is the number one supplier of digital video to the online store, accounting for about four out of ten downloads, the New York Times report claims.
An NBC Universal spokesman confirmed the decision to the Times, but otherwise declined to comment. Spokespeople at Apple and NBC did not immediately return requests for comment.
