Anyway to make windows restart at a certain time?

Is there anyway I can till my computer to restart my computer at a certain time? I know how to lock my computer at a certain time using Scheduled Tasks. However I would rather use a program because it would seem to be more reliable. Scheduled Tasks seem like they don't always want to run when they are suppose to.
