run your "Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer"

Have you run your Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer after installing SP1?
I found and fixed a problem.

Only a missing hotfix

You are right. I got Q327405 from windows update. Q328145 was found by Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer.
