I just purchased an full install XP Professional for $139 and it says ,"For distribution with a new PC." How can I tell if this is a volume serial number and how can this be sold outright? h34r:" class="inlineimg" />

Unless you bought a new computersystem, you have been "robbed" :P
As this is an OEM version, it will NOT accept a VLK, but need 's your issued Pro key
and you have to activate it.
