Yuppers, this is from an offical BTS (Beta Technology Support) document from ms:

Its a list of headers from a document containing all the known windows xp sp1 issue and how to cure them

yeap i've gotten "This application has failed to start because netdtect.dll was not found." in every single build except for build 1079.

It looks like they backed tracked a little bit, lol.

I hope so too...I am so sick of seeing Messenger altogether!
