After nearly a day of waiting, Microsoft have finally uploaded Windows Vista Build 5456 to MS Connect.
The build string is "5456.5.060620-1700_winmain_idx03" and is available in both x86 and x64 versions. The x86 DVD is 2,572.91 MB, and the x64 DVD is 3,356.9 MB - these sizes are smaller than previous releases, showing that Vista is coming out of the Beta phase and into the tweaking and performance-increasing stage of RC's.
Build 5342 and higher Product Keys can be used to install 5456's Ultimate SKU. Source:
