THE DRAGON chip created by the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) performs as well as a 2GHz Pentium 4, the People's Daily boasts.
The Dragon 2E chip has tens of millions of trannies and will go into limited production in June, the organ said. It's already being trialled.
