Intel sues Intell over Intel
Different Intell to previous Intell

CHIP GIANT Intel filed a law suit in a Ohio District Court against Intell North Investigations alleging it breaches Chipzilla's mark.

This Intell is a different Intell from the Intell that Intel sued last November. That Intell was Intell Detection Systems while this Intell is Intell North Investigations.

The court filing from Intel follows the usual boilerplate that Chipzilla uses for these matters. But the filing said that Intell North Investigations uses a mark which is virtually identical in sight and sound to the Intel mark. "Consumers are likely to be confused that Intel is the source or sponsor of the goods and services provided by, or is affiliated with, Intell." Intel, it said had made numerous attempts to explain its position and amicably resolve the dispute.
