Volefinger, he's the one, the one with the furry touch
SOFTWARE GIANT and music industry friend Microsoft was dragged squeaking before a court and accused of music piracy.
The former drummer for the defunct popular beat combo Ink & Dagger, Ryan McLaughlin, had filed a lawsuit against Vole for allegedly stealing his band's songs.
It does not appear that Microsoft was involved in any file sharing racket. The outfit just installed three of Ink & Dagger's songs into the "Amped" snowboarding video game for the Xbox console.

Responding to the case, a spokesVole said that Microsoft respects intellectual property rights and enters into licensing agreements for music and media in its games and for other products.
