TV Tuner, this one any good?

from what i've read on the reviews its pretty good, it comes with a decent TV Viewing software! let me know what you think, I dont think its as good as the WinTV 350 or 250, but for $89.99 + 7% tax, aint to shabby for something good is it?

is it any count at all?

well poop! they didn't have it in stock, so now I gotta reseach the ones they had in stock, that had the Video Cards with the tuners on them, But I just need the tuner, so I guess I am going to bestbuy or another local whole seller!

are all the TV Tuners now a days about the same in quality for Viewing TV and such, or is there a REAL difference in the picture quality and recording quality, I would like to get something that will record TV and stuff in DVD quality, any ideas?

i don't know about it though as I have an avermedia $40 tv tuner card.

well I bought an ATI TV Wonder Pro.....and it works pretty good just have to get a splitter and about 2 feet of cable
