Help Video Decoder Error

I get this video decoder error I have the pvr 250 mce from about 10 months ago. I have the 5700 LE I think it is Nvida video card anyway I have the newest mce drivers and the newest haupauge drivers. I still get the error I have enclosed a screenshot.
