Electronic Arts Buys Stock in Ubisoft

Electronic Arts (Nasdaq: ERTS - news) will become an investor in French video game software firm Ubisoft Entertainment. EA says it has no plans to create any production alliances with the company other than to own 19.9 percent of its stock.
