When trying to install half-life and several other games I get this message:
"C:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt. The system file is not suitable for running ms-dos and microsoft windows applications.Choose close to terminate this program"
This is xp with sp2 installed. Anyone know whats up with this? This game worked fine before

Sometimes I need only write the problem down and think at the same time. When I looked in system 32 for the file it was talking about and couldnt find it I got supicious and did a search for it. I would have never suspected what I found. Some how maybe systemworks mis-diagnosed it and I told it to fix everything with out really looking at what it was fixing. Thanks war for all the support though. Its really appreciated and I see you help folks out quite a bit.
