IconForge is a tool for creating and modifying still and animated icons or cursors. It contains a full set of painting tools, and the editor allows you to use paint with transparent color so the desktop can show through portions of your icons and cursors. IconForge also includes special-effects filters such as blur, whirlpool, tile patterns, and color reduction.
