All,

Is there an MP3 software program that will scan all my directories/files and identify their MP3 bitrates? Optimally, I'd like it also to sort into predefined directories, such as 128kbps, 160, 192, VBR, etc.

I have roughly 18GB of MP3 files, just looking for a way to avoid the time-intensive labor that would be involved in doing this manually.

Thanks/torataka

Try MP3 Info by Michael Mutschler is is a nice extension to your Explorer. Appears as a new selection when you rigth click on a file name and selects Properties. Can also scan your directories. Shows the bitrate on MP3 files

Thanks, Ursula! I'll give it a try this weekend.

Thanks again,
