Probally DEP. Simply exclude it and see what happens.

That could be a bad memory stick, and that could account for the multiple instances of msimn that you have as well. try removing a stick of memory and using the computer for a while and see if you still get the same error, if you do then swap out another memory stick and replace with the one you removed earlier. Keep doing that untill you either eliminate the memory as being the culprit or confirm that a stick is down.

NEW! - ISO images suitable for creating a bootable Memtest86 CDROM.
http://www.memtest86.com/memtest86-3.1a.iso.zip
Or if you pefer you can use this version which has been conferted for bootable flopy disk.
http://www.memtest86.com/memt31a.zip
Simplly run install.bat to create the disk.
Maybe want to run from cmd first so it does not auto close on you.

I have tested memory before with memtest86 and it showed up as faulty, i returned it to the manufacturer they sent it back saying it's fine. I have had the reverse happen as well, i test the memory it says that it's fine but it simply wont work properly in a given motherboard- the only sure way to test it is to swap it out for the simple reason that sometimes your mobo just doesnt like that brand of memory.
