Restoring A Database In Ipb ?

I just tried a program "NuSphere PhpED" and this program scrap my Index.php


Now when I click to login, I just see a page with text


I can log in admin but I don't know how to restore my Backup database ?????

The next time, I will save a copy of my index This program don't ask you to save your works

I have an optin to ask before saving I just find it. The next time I will not have these problems
