I purchased my copy direct from Intervideo

For playing DVDs this program is superb the problem arises when I try to watch/record TV.

For some reason (and several problem reports on Intervideos site have gone unanswered). The TV mode defaults to NTSC, this would be fine except for the fact that the TV select option is greyed out. The older win coder program, which I received with my motherboard is quite happy to switch to any region and I have used this to forced Windvdrecorder to switch to PAL mode. (for more info see http://homepage.ntlworld.com/home-brew/intervideo , a rather irate webpage I sent the URL of to intervideo)

This however is inconvient and the picture is not quite stable. If anyone knows of the registry entry that controls this settings default, I would be very grateful if U could give me that information. Searching the registry settings myself has revealed nothing obvious.
