I am having a hard time finding skins for IPB is there any sites that offer "Free" skins. Unlike php-nuke they don't seem to be to readily available for IPB.

Invision version 1.3 has a serious shortage of free skins Ive found

shortage? there are a lot now... infact more than when it came out a few months back. check those links above and www.nbsdesignz.com there are some free skinz... but you need to register. btw, most of the 1.2 skins work.

You can use 1.2 skins with 1.3 also ..
