Winxp Resize Pictures Powertoy Not Working

Hey,

Trying to figure out why the Resize Pictures PowerToy for winxp is not working. It just does nothing when I right click on an image and choose resize picture. Its jupose to let your reize the image through a popup menu.

Anyone know what the problem is and or how to correct?

Presume you are using SP2- mine is still working fine.

Yea but did not work with sp1 either. Think its a serivce but cant figure it out.
