Wireless Routers and Multimedia players
I've got a Zio Omega multi-media player and find that over wireless using my "g" Linksys there is a band width problem. I have a new Zio MIMO V12 wireless router with the so called multi in/multi out antennas and it transfers data via "g" without the bandwidth problem but is unstable--meaning it burps now and again and I have to reboot everything to get gong.

The new draft "n" routers look great with their Gigabyte ports and all, but if you have a "g" receiving device, you are stopped before you start, plus this is just a draft system, not to be finalized until perhaps a year from now.

Anybody got any experience or any observation about bandwidth on media players over wireless routers?

I have a buddy who has an Mvix media player (similar to the Zio Omega) running over a Linksys router and he is having the same dilemma with glitches on account of band width.
