I grabbed it and tried it.
Hmm. Pretty much what one can wish for, except for the lack of "sizes". On the wish list: An option where the size of each file and also the total size for each tree or branch can be added.

Thanks for all the time you put into this, making changes as I requested. Does the job I need.
Being able to index directories along with a main index works wonders.
Also like being able to have different config [tbc] files for different domains.

I've updated to the first post with the download link to TreeGUI 2.0 BETA 1. Great ideas from HotRod came in to this development.

Changes since v1.5.8.0

* NEW: Create XHTML 1.1 compatible index files that are customizable using CSS
* NEW: Compress large index files after indexing
* NEW: Tasks folder to index multiple config files at one time
* NEW: Integrated Tree.NET Indexing Engine to show Folder/File Sizes
* NEW: Index according to an Interval or Date & Time
* Windows Service to configure and forget
