Flash Problem

I know very little about ftping- it will probably in the question that follows
When trying to connect to any site I get down to the line 227 Enter Passive Mode (168.192 etc. Then in red connection failure (timed out)
Would someone explain to me what is happening here? Thanks a lot/

Hey there

It is because the server you are connecting to doesn't allow pasv mode. You have to turn it off, and you'll get connected without any problem.
