Exporting A Database From My Pc To Web ?

I finally buy my "Domain" with a web account

Now I just finish to setup IPB in my new web domain

Before, I was running my forum in my PC and now, I really want to import my database from my PC to my web domain

How can I do this ?

I really don't want to lose my post....................................
