I Need Som Help Guys!!! Fast!!

SOME YOYO IS HAMMERING MY FTP SITE AND I CAN'T SEEM TO GET THEM TO GO AWAY!!!
THE IP IS 66.138.0.203
THIS IDIOT HAS BEEN AT IT FOR OVER TWO HOURS NOW.
THEYS BEE BANNED FOR THOSE TWO HOURS TO. I HAVE MY SERVER SET TO GIVE A MESSAGE THAT THEVE BEEN BANNED AND THEY KEEP ON COMMING.
WHAT CAN I DO??
I CAN'T TRACE HIM CAUSE I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO USE AND WHAT WOULD I DO WITH THE INFO ANYWAY!

DOES ANYONE RECOGNISE THE IP??
IF SO, CAN YOU TELL THEM TO STOP OR I WILL BE FORCED TO CLOSE MY SITE!!

Hey, you can close the site down TEMPORALILY. But anyway, what FTP server software are you using? If you are using Serv-U FTP 3.0-4.0 do this. Go to Activity, then right click on the person and do "Kill User". When the screen pop's up... click on Kick User and Ban IP. Then do OK. That should be it.

Just ban him in your firewall. Then you'll spare some work for your server and you won't have to think about him again.
