Vista Beta 1 Tips and Tricks Guide

Chris123 finally finished it. The first revision of my Windows Vista Beta 1 guide has just been posted. There are not many tweaks but the few there are are effective to say the least. Chris123 will be updating this constantly as he come up with more things and decide to add them (DWM Tips etc...).
