Burn Proc Titanium

My son has a new laptop Mac G4 PowerBook operating on Tiger OSX.
He is looking for a burn program that will work with it.
He is presently working in Japan.

Anybody familiar with a burn prog called Titanium?

Would Nero or some other common Prog possibly work?
Any other owners of this or a similar model computer.
