To preserve the data structure of the image,mount the cue/bin with Alcohol 120% and create a copy to copy from the virtual drive with your preferred burning app
People can CREATE a cue/bin image onto their harddisk with a dvd as source,but can't burn the same image back onto dvd,because the standarised dvd specifications don't allow to burn a raw image (2352 bytes) on physical dvd media.
However,if the cue/bin is created as cooked data (mode 1 2048 bytes),you won't have any problems burning it,because it's using the same specifications as the ISO standard.
You can convert a raw cue/bin to iso,but if there's any additional info stored in the extra bytes,this can be lost....
