What about "hit counters" for your webpage?

You can use your own page hit counters, should you desire, or alternatively we have some built-in hit counters that you can place on your page.

The HTML source that you need to place on your page is:

[img]/cgi/nph-count?width=6&link=xxx.html[/img]

This is the result you should end up with! (of course the number will vary):

You can change the length of the number and other attributes. An example is:

[img]/cgi/nph-count?width=10&link=xxx.html[/img]

It works for me, an easy Hit Counter and no FrontaPage extensions required to support.

Hi dMA,

Thanks for this. Anything that can be done withOUT FrontPage extensions has got to be good . Is the CGI script that supports it, available to 'share'?
