Has anyone used this? I just installed it to test out, because I was refered to it by a friend. I thought I'd try it out.

UPDATE
I've updated the def and I'm doing a full system scan right now. The GUI looks cool and it's simple to use. I like the way it tells how much of the HD has been scanned. Please see picture attached. I'll update more later.

Thanks adams, I'll keep an eye out for that.

Thanks Phogphire. I've been looking for something like this to go along with Zone Alarm for some older systems with low RAM & CPU. :P

I just finished the scan and it found one. See attached photo.

Hi KC, What happened adams, happened to me too. After that I switched to Norton because the automatic updates were going smoothly with that. But later as I realised it is slows down your system I moved to NOD32 Antivirus. Still happy with NOD32.

How was your experience with NOD32?

@adams, I also tried the Windows Security Update (2004 February) CD yesterday and it had eTrust EZ Armor.

I noticed that the EZ Firewall is just same as ZoneAlarm 4.x versions.
1. Do you have any idea why? Did they rebadged ZoneAlarm 4.x or is the otherway around?
2. Is the eTrust EZ Armor which is bundled with the Windows Security Update (2004 February) CD, the latest version? i.e eTrust EZ Armor 2005.

Thanks,
McoreD

Thanks war59312 for your info & screen pic. I'll have to take a look at that program too.

To answer your question ~*McoreD*~ about NOD32, it worked fine for me when I've tried it. I just wanted to tr something FREE to put on other peoples systems.

KC that is what I use that (for clients & friends) also S&D spybot, AVG free edition, Open Office, Zone alarm and some others. I will not install unlicenced software on there systems I have made some of them unhappy but I tell them I don't want to get in trouble, I take a don't ask don't tell. So if it is there before or after I leave I don't care.
