This DirectX SDK release contains updates to tools, utilities, samples, documentation, and runtime debug files for x64 and x86 platforms. Using Managed DirectX ( MDX ) requires both Visual Studio .NET and the .NET framework for development. To run MDX .NET applications, you must install the .NET Framework.
