DX9a Full

Is there a FULL install of this, or is there just a redist of DX9?

i think what he meant was a full download instead of the stupid web installer

i'd like to know where to get the new Dx9a full download too.
one thing i've tried is to use the web installer, and right after it downloads everything (and while it's still installing), go into C:\Documents and Settings\USER NAME\Local Settings\Temp and there should be a huge file/folder that's probably the Dx9a installer, just copy that file and rename it, lol. it worked for me

but the real full installer would still be nice to have

I have yet to see a "full" 9a anywhere, just the "web based" updater...

Plus, as read here and other forums, some peeps have had problems with the "a" version

Although, after ANOTHER full formatting this weekend, the Windows Uppdate site actually "sent" me to the full version, but it was web based....

I have the DX9a Redistributable somewhere- can't remember how big it si- will have a look
