Ok, I've just rewritten my site, the design was perfect and then I uploaded it and found a problem thats now driving me crazy.
These 2 pages use EXACTLY the same code, with the exception of the table in the center.
Correct:

InCorrect:

Pay close attention to the top blue bar where the navigation resides, on the right.
The second page has an extra '.' in the content table, its almost as though when the content crosses a certain part of the page, the top 3 cells deform.
Adding more '.' makes the problem effect the left cell too as seen here:

Anyone got any ideas? The content table is held within a cell, you can view all the source in internet explorer, the php is just calling a different page depending on the section id passed.
Any help would be greatfully recieved
