This is a video-to-Flash converter that encodes standard video and audio files into low bit-rate Flash movies, ready to be streamed across your Internet connections. You can create a streaming Flash video without any special plug-ins or codec programs. The program supports the following video and audio formats: AVI, MPEG, MPG, MP3 and WAV.
