* bump *
Still interested in this. In Windows XP there is a UPnP service built in. All the programs claiming to enable/disable upnp do nothing more than starting the service, which I can do from the control panel.
In .NET is seems this functionallity is missing. The reason I am asking is that I have a NAT box running ICS. On windows XP pro I can view and configure the connection from any PC on my lan (I know this is done via upnp). On .NET I do not see the connection under "network connections" - I can use it but not configure it.
